We want you to love every piece you get from Roseswild. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it better.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Please note: Final sale items (clearly marked as "Final Sale" at purchase) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us first at roseswild@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return/exchange.

We’ll reply with a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send your item(s).

Package the item securely, include the Return Authorization number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping and refund your original shipping fee.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll refund you instead. We do not charge extra shipping for exchange shipments to most destinations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at roseswild@outlook.com. Include photos of the item and packaging, and your order number. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund as soon as possible.
International Returns
If you’re returning from outside Hong Kong, you may be responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with the return. We cannot label these as “gifts” or declare a lower value. For your protection, we recommend retaining the customs receipt when shipping your return.
